How to withdraw?

Log in
Once located in the Lobby, click on the Tab "RETIREMENT"
Fill in the bank information with the details of the account where you want to receive the money.
If you do not have a registered account, press the "ADD BANK" button and proceed to enter your bank account details or follow instructions explained for USD users.
Select your previously registered account.
Please indicate the amount you wish to withdraw.
Click on the "SEND" button, you will immediately receive a message with the request for your withdrawal
Then check the credit in your bank account. Your payment will be reflected in a period of no more than 24 business hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or bank days do not count)
If your withdrawal is declined, you will be notified as well.
